Description

Being a residential project, it compasses the living style and likes of each family member. Client, who mostly travels in and out, desired the house to be in modern style with all amenities.

Located on a busy street corner, house is flanked by greenery on three sides. Brief was to design a contemporary house with free flowing spaces. Glazed front facade with big folding window gives ample light and good view of the street. Monochromatic interiors are merged with rugged concrete and brick finishes. Extensive use of white marble, sand stones and burnt clay tiles amalgamates with the green surroundings. Combination of metal and glass adds to the attribute of the house at different locations and thus it is rightly named as "SHRINGAAR".
